Shopping & Orders
How do I place an order?
Select your product, choose your size, add it to cart, and complete checkout. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email and tracking when it ships. It's that simple.
Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item is inspected before listing. We review condition, quality, and labeling before anything goes live. We don't sell anything we wouldn't wear ourselves. See our Authentication page for full details.
Are items new or pre-owned?
Condition is listed on each product page. Most items are Brand New (unworn, in original packaging). Any item with wear will have it clearly noted in the product description.
What if my size is sold out?
You can use the "Notify Me" button on out-of-stock sizes to get an email when they restock. You can also DM us on Instagram — we may have pairs coming that aren't listed yet.
Can I DM you on Instagram to order?
For questions, yes — DM us at @theillestsupply anytime. For purchases, please use the website checkout to ensure your order is properly recorded and tracked.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Most arrive faster. You'll get tracking info emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for $9.99 flat. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Tracking info is emailed to you after your order ships. Allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. If you have issues, email us at timoy@scaleflowz.us.
Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We are a resale shop and cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review product condition, sizing, and details carefully before purchasing. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
What if the wrong item arrived?
Contact us immediately at timoy@scaleflowz.us with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We're currently setting up Stripe for secure card payments. In the meantime, after placing your order, we'll reach out to process payment via CashApp, Zelle, or card. Full secure checkout coming very soon.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Your personal info is handled securely. Once Stripe is fully integrated, all card payments will be encrypted and PCI compliant.
